For more than two decades, I have worked where leadership, public trust and community progress intersect.
I have advised elected officials, partnered with city managers, worked alongside developers, nonprofit leaders and business executives, helping organizations navigate decisions that shape communities for years to come. I have seen what builds momentum and what quietly destroys it.
That experience has taught me something few people ever see. The most important conversations rarely happen at the microphone.
That is why I founded Juniper & Stone.
My experience extends well beyond public service. I have built tourism brands, led strategic communications, managed high-profile media relations, owned a public relations and marketing firm, hosted radio programs, advised executive leaders and stood behind the podium during some of an organization’s most visible moments.
Strategy doesn’t begin when the cameras arrive. It actually begins long before the first headline, interview or council meeting. The best communicators aren’t simply good at telling stories. They are good at helping leaders make better decisions before the story is written.
